02 What this site is
This site describes the consulting, advisory and education services of MGN AI Global, and offers tools — including an AI readiness assessment and a use case explorer — intended to be useful to people evaluating technology decisions.
It is published for general information. Nothing on it is professional advice for your specific situation, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for engaging qualified advisors on your own facts.
03 No client relationship
Using this site, completing the assessment, talking to the MGN Assistant or sending an enquiry does not create a consulting, advisory or professional relationship between you and MGN AI Global. That relationship begins only with a signed engagement agreement.
Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through this site before such an agreement exists. Information you send us before an engagement is not treated as confidential under any professional duty, though we will handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
04 The AI Readiness Assessment
The assessment is an indicative, directional tool. It is not a formal maturity assessment, audit, certification or opinion on your organization's actual security or AI posture. It is generated from eight self-reported answers and calculated in your browser.
Do not present its output as a professional assessment, use it to satisfy a regulatory or contractual requirement, or make material decisions on it alone. A real evaluation looks at your environment, controls, data and roadmap — not a questionnaire.
05 The the MGN Assistant
The the MGN Assistant is an automated, scripted tool. It is not Senyo Fudzie, it is not a live person and it does not provide advice. It cannot agree terms, quote prices, accept an engagement or commit MGN AI Global to anything. Only a person can do that, in writing.
06 Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, code, frameworks and methodology — belongs to MGN AI Global or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.
The MGN Intelligence-to-Impact Framework™, the MGN AI Global name and mark, and Manifest Greatness Now are marks of MGN AI Global.
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, present our material as your own, use it to train machine learning models without permission, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that doesn't exist.
07 Acceptable use
Don't use this site to do anything unlawful, and don't:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure without written permission
- Interfere with its availability or performance
- Scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others
- Submit anyone else's personal information without their consent
- Use contact forms or the assistant to send unsolicited commercial messages
08 Third-party links and services
This site links to services we don't control — LinkedIn, Instagram, Calendly and the MGN Store on Shopify. Those links are not endorsements, and each service has its own terms. Purchases in the MGN Store are governed by the terms presented at checkout there, not by these terms.
09 Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee either. Content may be updated or removed at any time without notice, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
10 Disclaimers and liability
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MGN AI Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising out of your use of this site — including any decision made in reliance on the assessment or any other tool here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer elsewhere, this doesn't remove protections you have under your local law.
12 General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
