01 Who we are
MGN AI Global ("MGN AI Global", "we", "us") is an artificial intelligence and technology consulting practice founded by Senyo Fudzie. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mgnaiglobal.com, why we collect it, who it reaches and what you can do about it.
We are the data controller for the information described here.

02 Information you give us
We only receive what you choose to send. There is no account to create and nothing is required to read this site.
Enquiry form and the site assistant
The contact form and the the MGN Assistant — the scripted helper in the corner of the site — collect:
- Name and email address — required, so we can reply
- Phone number — optional, only if you choose to give it
- Organization and role — optional
- What you're trying to solve — whatever you write in the message field
- Which path you took through the MGN Assistant, so a reply arrives with context rather than starting from nothing
Newsletter
If you tick the box, we add your email address to a list used to send occasional writing on AI, cybersecurity and technology execution. You can leave at any time — every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can email us instead.
Booking a session
Scheduling links on this site open Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. A booking also puts your name, email and any notes into our Google Workspace calendar and inbox.
03 Information we do not collect
Worth stating plainly, because sites in this category often do otherwise:
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We run no ad networks, no pixels, no cross-site trackers, and no behavioural profiling.
- No third-party analytics at the time of this version. If that changes, this policy is updated before the change goes live.
- No purchased or scraped contact lists. We do not add people to anything without them asking.
- We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we never have.
04 The AI Readiness Assessment
The eight-question assessment on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. The score is calculated on your device.
A copy of your overall score may be saved in your own browser's local storage so the page can recognise you've completed it. That copy never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is removed when you clear your browser data.
We only learn anything about your assessment if you choose to tell us in an enquiry.
05 Technical information
Server logs
Our host, Netlify, records standard request data when a page is served — IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. This is ordinary web infrastructure logging used for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.
Browser storage
This site sets no cookies. It does use your browser's local and session storage for small interface conveniences, all of which stay on your device:

Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it. Nothing here identifies you to us.
06 Why we are allowed to hold it
For visitors in the UK, EU and other regions with equivalent law, our lawful bases are:
- Consent — the newsletter, and any optional detail you volunteer. Withdrawable at any time.
- Legitimate interests — replying to an enquiry you sent us, and keeping the site secure and working. We think you'd expect both.
- Performance of a contract — where we are delivering work you've engaged us for.
- Legal obligation — tax and business records where the law requires it.
07 Who else sees it
We use a small number of established providers. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Each operates under its own privacy terms and processes information on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it's necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
08 International transfers
Our providers are primarily United States based. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred there. Where that transfer is from the UK or EEA, it relies on the safeguards our providers maintain, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
09 How long we keep it

10 Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose, or restrict how we use it
- Send it somewhere else in a portable format
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting what came before
Email Senyo@MGNAIGlobal.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in California
You have the rights above under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may use an authorised agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in the UK or EEA
You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your national data protection authority in the EEA. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
11 Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Submissions travel encrypted in transit and are held in our providers' systems with access limited to people who need it. Accounts holding personal information are protected with multi-factor authentication.
We won't tell you our systems can't be breached, because nobody honest can say that about any system. What we can say is that we keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small, and we don't collect things we have no use for.
12 Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
13 Links to other sites
Where we link out — LinkedIn, Instagram, Calendly, the MGN Store — those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
14 Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we update the effective date at the top and, where the change affects how we use information you've already given us, we tell you directly.

This policy describes actual practice on this site as of the effective date, not an aspiration. If you find something here that doesn't match what the site does, tell us — that's a defect worth fixing.
